Sara Rafuse, MBA
With more than 15 years of connecting creativity with business objectives in the healthcare and the life sciences innovation fields, Sara Rafuse is a content and marketing engineer that brings inspired thinking and measurable results that propel her clients to the next level. With a background that includes leadership roles in medical technologies, consulting, marketing, advocacy, program development and execution, Sara provides clients with essential insight and the ability to “get the right things done, the right people and organizations involved and make it happen.” The Rafuse Group was founded by Sara in 2008 and we continue to evolve and grow. When clients hire Rafuse Group, they hire Sara who leads and is actively involved in all work of the Rafuse Group.
Cameron Tipping, MBA
Cameron Tipping provides leadership and expertise on customer insight surveys and simulation courses. He leads IIBD’s firm’s engineering-intensive industry practice with a focus on providing strategic consulting, strategy facilitation and conjoint market research. In 1993, he founded the Institute for Business Development (IIBD) which specializes in empowering business managers and executives to develop and execute market-driven strategies. Cameron has consulted to over 5000 business executives from more than 60 countries. Along with conducting in-house executive courses he consults to companies assisting them to develop competitive market-driven strategies. He has instructed on MBA and Executive Courses at London Business School, Ivey Business School and other business schools in Europe, Asia and North America. Cameron’s business simulations are also used worldwide on MBA and Executive courses.
David Cravit
David is a Vice President at ZoomerMedia Ltd. With over 30 years’ experience in advertising, marketing and consulting in both Canada and the USA, David’s book “The New Old” (October, 2008, ECW Press) details how the Baby Boomers are completely reinventing the process of aging – and the implications for companies, government, and society as a whole. David is a frequent speaker at corporate and industry events, guest on numerous radio and TV shows, and contributor to professional journals.
Kristin Grimshaw
Kristin has spent the past 5 years using her creativity in the field of advertising and graphic design where she has a variety of design projects including branding, packaging, print, social media and web design. Her extensive background in fashion and art has enabled her to successfully create identities for new companies as well as revamp and enhance existing brands.
Angela Pause
Angela has been writing for “public consumption” for 26 years. A former journalist, she now runs her own writing business, Writer for Rent. Her writing career includes some of the world’s top brands (as well as some of the smallest who want to be big). Several of her clients include fitness clubs as well as international sports figures. Angela is also a recreational endurance athlete, an avid CrossFitter, recreational boxer and is very well versed on the science of nutrition and fitness. Angela has lived through the print, dot com and social media revolutions and knows that one thing that will always be true in marketing: Give the people what they want – and if you can do it before they know they want it, you’re a rock star.
